All content, trademarks, code, and design of MoneyMind are the exclusive property of REAUMUR SAS. You receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to view your own report for personal use. Reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use is prohibited without prior written consent.
You agree not to: (a) reverse engineer or scrape the Service; (b) submit false information; (c) use the Service for illegal purposes; (d) attempt to gain unauthorized access; or (e) interfere with the Service's operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, REAUMUR SAS, its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. If you initiate a chargeback before contacting us, we will provide Stripe with the full transaction record, the report delivered, and these terms as evidence. We strongly encourage you to contact us first.
